Vincenzo, a furniture designer from Italy, is one of the co-founders of grado, a contemporary furniture brand based in Hangzhou, China, as well as Collectivo, a network of designers from various design capitals worldwide aiming to provide solutions for different product sectors. He has delivered speeches at many universities and exhibitions to promote design culture.

Sisi Hong is an internationally trained industrial designer who graduated with the MID major from the Pratt Institute in New York. She has a passion for unusual and playful ideas, as well as grotesque yet reasonable ones. Sisi cares about tangible products close enough to people’s daily lives and strives to use her expertise as a designer to create better products for a better life. Her odyssey from a rural area to an urban environment and then to the U.S. has endowed her design with a richer touch and elasticity.

Stefano Campioni is an Italian designer who works around all Product Systems including brand, product, communication, distribution and services. He has designed for companies such as grado, Kian (Malaysia), Victory (China), Sunon (China), Brinna (Brazil), Danese Milano, and JCDecaux (France).

Cam Wang graduated from Zhejiang A&F University with a major in Industrial Design. Specializing in the research and development of office products, he is committed to promoting grado's flexible and agile office concept through his work. His goal is to enhance workplace efficiency and improve user experience through innovative office mode.

Shannon Sadler hails from a family of renowned designers and architects who have received numerous accolades both in Italy and internationally, including the "Compasso d'Oro in Milano", "Red Dot Award", and "Good Design". As an entrepreneur, Shannon has also won several awards and has been mentioned in various magazines.
She has collaborated with esteemed brands in the design industry, such as BONTEMPI, ALBAPLUS, CALLIGARIS, BOFFI, FOSCARINI, GABER, METALMOBIL, CAPODOPERA, INFINITY, etc.

With 8 years of experience in furniture design, Jimmy Wang believes that "furniture is the most elegant micro-architecture in space." He sees furniture as more than just a designer's interpretation of space, but the perception of life. According to Wang, good design doesn't just enhance the furniture, but the entire space as well.

Mia graduated from Zhejiang A&F University, majored in interior and furniture design. She joined grado in 2018 and has since been involved in researching and developing various series, encompassing sofas, chairs, beds and storage items.
Mia proposes that design is to build an ideal relationship between human and objects.

Since graduating from Zhejiang A&F University with a major in Interior and Furniture Design, Peter Fei has amassed over four years of experience, during which he has developed over ten product series. Through his design practice, he has found that a successful product perfectly integrates design concept and manufacturing, fostering interaction between humans and space. Peter and his team are wholeheartedly dedicated to this endeavor.

Fiona Feng focuses on the relationship between users, space, and products. She believes that each design embodies beauty, represents the start of a story, and ignites passion. Additionally, she emphasizes the rationality of design. She believes that design should enhance the lives of most people, making life better for everyone.

Carlos Jimenez, a designer from Almeria in southern Spain, has a deep affinity for Nordic design. Having studied and worked in Sweden and Denmark for several years, he brings a unique perspective to his creations. When designing new objects, he aims to convey a narrative that is then manifested through shapes, materials, and textures. His design philosophy seamlessly fuses the clean, minimalist forms of Scandinavian design with the carefree and inviting lifestyle of the Mediterranean.

Hason Dong is committed to the principles of sustainable development, drawing inspiration from local culture while seamlessly blending Eastern and Western aesthetics. His diverse and global design perspective fosters constant breakthroughs and innovations in design, striving to explore boundless possibilities that intertwine contemporary design with future living.
With over a decade of design and R&D expertise, Hason excels in integrating design with various materials and processes. He possesses extensive experience in strategic planning for furniture brands, product system development, furniture design, product research and development, and spatial design. Leading a design team, he has collaborated with numerous domestic and international brands, resulting in the creation of over 400 exceptional works that have garnered dozens of prestigious domestic and international design awards.
